What is the "Co" in KBA & Co?
KBA & Co started as my herbal apothecary and is growing into a small collective of independent makers of natural and handmade goods, all hosted under one roof. Every maker is credited by name. When you shop here, you are supporting real people making real things by hand.
Why might my order arrive in separate packages?
Each maker ships their own goods, so if your cart includes items from more than one maker, they ship separately. That is also why shipping is charged per maker.
How much is shipping?
A flat $5.80 per maker in your cart, free when a single maker’s items total $65 or more.
Are your products tested or safe?
Everything is made in small batches with organic oils and thoughtfully chosen botanicals, and each formula is built around a researched lead herb. Our products are for external, topical use and are not a substitute for medical care. Patch test first, and talk to your provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
Can I return something?
We accept returns on damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Email us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a refund or a replacement. Because our products are topical and personal-care items, we cannot take change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Do you take custom or wholesale orders?
Sometimes, yes. Send us a note with what you have in mind and we will see if it is a fit.
