Shipping & Returns

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed off to USPS within 1 to 3 business days of payment clearing. We do not ship on Sundays or federal holidays. If you order on a Friday, expect a Monday or Tuesday ship date at the latest.

Once your order ships, you will get a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow it along.

Shipping rates

Shipping is a flat $5.80 per maker in your cart, and it is free when a single maker's items total $65 or more.

KBA & Co is a collective of independent makers, and each maker ships their own goods. If your cart includes items from more than one maker, you will see a $5.80 charge for each one, and your items may arrive in separate packages. The free-shipping threshold applies to each maker separately.

Delivery times

USPS First Class typically arrives in 2 to 5 business days. Priority Mail is usually 1 to 3 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. During the holiday season or after a major weather event, give it a few extra days before reaching out.

We only ship within the US right now

Domestic orders only for now. International shipping is something we hope to add down the road.

Returns

We accept returns on damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If something arrives broken, leaking, or is simply not what you ordered, we will make it right with a refund or a replacement. See Damaged or wrong items below for how to start one.

We cannot take change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Our products are topical and personal-care items, and for health and safety reasons we are not able to resell something once it has shipped.

Digital products (like the Herbal Field Guide) are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived broken, leaking, or just not what you ordered, please email kaylynn@kbaco.net within 5 days of delivery with a photo. We will make it right.
