Our Cough Rub starts with mullein, known for its soothing support when the lungs feel tight and irritated. Hyssop brings warming aromatics that help the chest feel more open during stubborn coughs. Yarrow adds steady, calming plant compounds that help the body settle on those cough‑heavy days. Thyme rounds it out with strong, familiar aromatics people often reach for when coughs and throat irritation won’t let up. These herbs are infused low and slow in extra‑virgin olive oil and coconut oil using a 12‑hour double‑broiler method to pull their beneficial plant compounds into the oils without overheating. The infusion is then blended with shea butter, beeswax, and a touch of frankincense essential oil for a smooth, healing rub!
